Certain coins (such as USDC or ETH) are supported by multiple blockchain networks in the crypto space. At CoinSmart we require certain networks be used for each crypto so that the funds arrive to your account. Visit the article below to see which networks are support at CoinSmart.
For example, if you deposit ETH from the BNB network this will not arrive to your CoinSmart account as we only accept ETH on the ERC20 network. When this happens we will need to attempt a crypto recovery.
To request a crypto recovery be completed please email email@example.com with the below information :
- Your CoinSmart registered email address
- The transaction ID of your crypto deposit
- The name and amount of crypto you deposited
- The screenshot of the transfer record from the withdrawal platform.
Please note that if the crypto recovery is completed successfully there will be 1% (min $25 CAD) fee to perform this action.
