Does CoinSmart produce account statements?
Yes, we are legally obligated to produce annual account statements from the time we became a registered trading platform. This means as an account holder you can download account statements from 2021 onwards.
What happens with my statements prior to 2021?
There are no formal statements prior to 2021. You can view, print or export this information off your account.
How can I get a copy of my statement?
An email was sent to active users with the link to download your account statement. When you click on the link it will require you to sign in to your account in order to access the information for download.
Alternatively, you can access your account statements through the web by following the below steps:
- Sign into your account on coinsmart.com
- Click the
(gear) icon near the top right of the screen next to "Hi (Your name)"
- Then click "STATEMENTS"
Does the link to my statement expire?
No. You can use this link to download a copy of your statement at any time that is convenient for you.
How do I get a statement if my account is closed?
Contact our Customer Support team at support@coinsmart.com and a copy will be sent to you within 3-5 business days. When requesting a statement for a closed account, please note that this will require you to provide information to confirm you are the intended user of this account so as to protect the privacy of this sensitive information.
What happens if the link is not loading to download my statement?
Some users with accounts that have a large volume of transactions may experience a delay in the download. We ask you to wait 3-5 business days before downloading your file.
