What should I do before closing my account?
First, ensure you've withdrawn all your currency (fiat or crypto) from your account.
Secondly, we highly recommend that you download your Account History Reports (if applicable). Please be advised that you can download these reports on your end. How do I close my account using the mobile application?
Refer to the following steps:
- Log in to your CoinSmart Account using the CoinSmart App and click on your User Icon on the top right
- Under "Settings" click on "Security"
- At the bottom, click on "Close My Account"
