At CoinSmart, we are all about safety and privacy. There are times when some important information on your account needs to be changed and/or updated. Things such as your name, phone number, email address, or security question.
The only way to update your sensitive account details would be to either send us an email at support@coinsmart.com or to join our live chat and talk with one of our agents. We do not offer users the ability to change their own personal information due to compliance reasons.
For a smooth update on your account, please provide us with all the information in order to make these changes. For example, if you are looking to change your email address to a new one, please provide your old email address, as well as the new email address. All changes on the accounts are required to have a selfie attached in order for our team to verify and cross-reference your selfie to your verification photos.
Note: CoinSmart offers customer service between 9am-9pm EST 365 days a year.
Getting Ahead:
When getting in touch with our Support Team, please provide a selfie along with the older and newer information being updated to get started with the changes right away. In the photo, please include the following.
- A selfie of yourself holding both
- Your identity document (ID card OR Passport) &
- A paper note stating "CoinSmart" and today's date.*
*Please make sure the photo is clear enough to be able to read the information on your ID.

I have 14 successful refrels but when I login it shows user us locked ...and when i sign up it shows user name already taken or registered
Please help me .
