How do I Buy or Sell my crypto using the SmartTrade feature?

We made it easy for you to buy or sell any of our digital currencies for Canadian/American Dollars or Euros.

In order to complete the market trade using the SmartTrade Widget, please follow the steps below:

1. Make sure you're on the CoinSmart homepage

2. Navigate to the SmartTrade feature on the right side of the page.

3. Choose the currency you want to sell at the top.

Choose the currency you want to buy at the bottom.

4. Enter the quantity you'd like to buy/sell (either in Crypto or CAD/USD/EUR) 

Note: To switch these around, simply click on the arrow button in the middle of the widget to swap the assets. For example, If you wanted to buy $100 CAD worth of BTC, you would have CAD on the top part, and BTC on the bottom. But if you wanted to sell BTC for CAD. Simply clicking on the arrow on the widget will swap these 2 positions.

NOTE: As market prices are constantly changing we hold the price offered for 10 seconds, after which the quote will refresh automatically to get the latest price. 

5. Review the summary to ensure everything is correct and click the Trade Now button.

6. Congratulations! You should see the notification at the bottom right of the page!

NOTE: Market prices are constantly changing, so by the time you click 'buy' the executed price might be a little different from the initial quoted price. Therefore, market orders are subject to market adjustments.

Once you've sold your digital currency, you can withdraw your Canadian Dollars to your bank account through Electronic Funds Transfer, Interac E-Transfer, or Bank Wire.
