How do I cancel my Open Orders?

Often, due to significant changes in the market, past Limit Orders may no longer seem feasible. In situations like these, you can always cancel your pending Limit Orders through our Advanced Trade Portal. Follow the instructions below to cancel an open order:

1. Click on the Advance Trade tab at the top of your account page.

2. This will display your Open Orders. Simply click the X next to the order you would like to cancel.

3. To verify they have been cancelled, switch over to the Inactive Orders tab within the same page, and the most recently canceled order will appear at the top.
