CoinSmart offers different ways to fund your account!
For EURO deposits, we have 2 options: SEPA Transfer & Wire Transfer.
As part of our deposit policy, we can only accept funds in the account holder's name.
If this person is a joint bank account holder, we will require a joint bank account statement to process the funds.
Otherwise, we will need to set up an account for the other person before we can process the funds.

*Please ensure your Default Currency is set to EURO in your Account Settings.
SEPA Transfer
1. Click on the Deposit button at the top right of your screen.
2. Click on SEPA Transfer
3. Enter the amount you would like to deposit and click Confirm Deposit.
4. You can note the previous information or print these instructions and include the reference number. Then simply take it to your bank branch to complete the wire transfer!
*Note: SEPA transfers will usually take up to 5 business days to reach us.
Wire Transfer
1. Click the Wire Transfer option.
2. Enter the amount you'd like to add to your balance.
3. Click Confirm Deposit Amount to receive the reference number.
4. You can note the previous information or print these instructions and include the reference number. Then simply take it to your bank branch to complete the wire transfer!
*Note:
1) Please ensure you are sending funds in EUR. Any funds sent in other currencies may be returned or subject to FX conversion fees charged by any banks involved - these funds will not be charged by us and thus will not be refundable.
2) Wire deposits may take up to 5 business days for your funds to reach to us.
All deposits are processed and added to your account, the same day we receive them in our bank!
