When depositing money from your bank into your CoinSmart account, some banks may require your authorization to unblock the e-Transfer deposit.
Even if the funds have left your bank account, your bank may still be holding your e-Transfer deposit in transit.
When a CoinSmart Client Experience Representative informs you of this, please contact your banks fraud/security department asking for the interac reference number (this is an 8-digit alphanumeric number which begins with “CA”) as well as the status of the transfer.
Once it is released by your bank, your deposit will be credited to your CoinSmart account within 60 minutes.
