As of August 10th 2022 CoinSmart has officially delisted USDT and XRP coins.
All users with USDT or XRP balances that did not get to sell it or withdraw within given timeframe, the funds have been liquidated into the CAD balance automatically.
The latest communication went out on our social media as well the email has been sent to all users that had any balances for USDT and XRP. E-mail sent August 3, 2022:

Final Reminder: USDT & XRP support ends August 10, 2022
Hey there,
We'd like to remind you that CoinSmart has disabled support for XRP & USDT tokens on our platform as previously announced in September and November of 2021.
As noted previously, you are required to sell or withdraw your remaining balance immediately. Please consider this as your final reminder.
On August 10th, 2022 at 5 PM EST, any remaining USDT or XRP in your portfolio will be converted to the equivalent CAD (or EUR, for our European customers) amount into your account, as per regulatory requirements.
