If your transfer hasn't been credited to your CoinSmart account after 5 business days, please provide the Wire/SEPA transfer receipt by sending an email to support@coinsmart.com. Or you can enter a live chat on our website and the next available agent will be happy to assist you!
CAD via Interac Money Request usually is almost instant but can take up to 60 minutes depending on your bank or credit union.
If your E-Transfer hasn't been credited to your CoinSmart account after 1 hour, please contact your bank's fraud/security department and ask for the Interac reference number (this is an 8-digit alphanumeric number that begins with “CA”) as well as the status of the transfer.
Once it is released by your bank, your deposit will be credited to your CoinSmart account within 60 minutes.
Please note that circumstances such as bank holidays may result in longer-than-average processing times.
