CoinSmart accounts get locked due to the following reasons:
1) You have entered the incorrect password multiple times
This is due to the account lockout threshold setting which determines the number of failed sign-in attempts that will cause a user account to be locked. A locked account can't be used until you reset it.
2) Violations or further inquiries
From time to time, due to violations of our User Agreement, CoinSmart may restrict access to buy/sell services on a customer's account. This can happen for a number of reasons including, but not limited to, high risk of fraud.
How can I unlock my account?
If your account has been locked, kindly reach out to our Client Experience using the "Support" button on the bottom right of your page department and we will assist you.
